Nge Lay at the Gallery Children’s Biennale 2019: Embracing Wonder

Burmese artist, Nge Lay is currently exhibiting, The Other Wall – in collaboration with Aung Ko – as part of Gallery Children’s Biennale 2019: Embracing Wonder held at the National Gallery of Singapore. Drawing from the idyllic lifestyle of the Shwe (golden) land, The Other Wall presents traditional Burmese toys, woodcuts and other objects within golden houses and foliage to share the magical stories and folklore of Myanmar.

The Gallery Children’s Biennale 2019: Embracing Wonder runs from 25 May to 29 December 2019 at the National Gallery of Singapore.
